Processing & Delivery

Orders ship within 1 business day: they leave our US warehouse within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays. Tracking is emailed when the label is created. Stock badges on product pages reflect live warehouse inventory — anything shown in stock ships without backorder delay. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination; most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Adult verification (21+) required — ID verified before your order ships.

State Restrictions

We ship to most US states. Flavored vapor products are not shipped to New York, Massachusetts, Utah or New Jersey, and a small number of other jurisdictions restrict vapor deliveries. If your state cannot be served, checkout will not complete for that address. We do not ship internationally.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — orders returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address can be reshipped at the buyer's shipping cost. If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, email support@razz-vape.com with your order number within 7 days and we will open a carrier trace.
